Orders placed before 2 PM IST process and ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays). Bulk toy orders may take up to 3 days for quality checks.[shopify]

Shipping Options

• Local (Lucknow Pin Codes): Free next-day delivery via local partners; same-day for orders before 12 PM.

• Pan-India: ₹99 flat rate (free over ₹1,499); 3-7 days via DTDC/Delhivery. Express: ₹199, 2-4 days.

• COD available (+₹99 fee); prepaid orders ship faster.[fedex +1]

Delivery Details

Track via SMS/email link. Expect delays during festivals or weather issues. No shipments to P.O. boxes or unserviced areas—check pin code at checkout.

Exceptions

Fragile baby products ship with extra packing (no extra cost). International shipping not available.
